Law 5/2005, on anti-smoking measures
Our establishment does not have smoking rooms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of Law 5/2005, of December 26, 2005, on health measures against smoking, as amended by Law 42/2010, of December 30.
It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke in this establishment, both in areas or places of common use, as in all hotel rooms.
Failure to comply with this prohibition, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the aforementioned Law 5/2005, will result in a fine of 30 to 600 €.
In any case, the hotel reserves the right of admission in the case of violation of this rule.
In accordance with the current regulations regarding the treatment and custody of objects found in HQ Arena Hotel Valencia, our protocol of action will be as described below:
If during the established period, the owner of the object contacts the Hotel, he/she must identify the room in which he/she was staying and the check-in and check-out dates, so that the information contained in our Lost and Found Register can be checked against the information contained in our Lost and Found Register.
Once the pertinent verifications have been carried out, an agreement will be reached with the owner of the object as to how it should be recovered.
Once the period established in the previous point has elapsed, the object, element or garment will be taken to the Lost and Found Office of the Valencia City Council, where it will be handled according to the protocol established by the City Council itself.
HQ Arena Hotel is not responsible for lost items and does not guarantee that they will be found.
